Overview
I provide professional software development services. Due to the nature of time-based and project-based work, costs are primarily for time and expertise already allocated or delivered.
Refunds
All payments are final. Once work has started or time has been allocated to your project (including discovery, planning, communication, and any work performed), no refunds are provided. Any upfront deposits or retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel future work at any time. For cancellations, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed and time allocated up to the date of cancellation.
Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your invoice or payment, please contact me via the contact page within 7 days so I can review and address it promptly.
